We seek an experienced Production Supervisor to manage and empower the production team to ensure compliance is maintained to scheduled deadlines.
**Repsonsiblities**:
Prepare a detailed daily work plan by shift to include PAPIS, VICERS and XT modifications.
Ensure all work is completed on-time to required quality standard.
Liaise with PPL to ensure all material kits are available.
Provide all documentation and ensure Engineering and work instructions are correct.
Ensure all necessary tooling is available on-site.
Liaise with MTM for train shunting moves.
Report modification status to PM daily and update configuration matrix on weekly basis.
To be successful for this role you must be able to demonstrate:
Setting of daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
Organise workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
Oversee and coach employees.
Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
Check production output according to specifications.
