Role Overview:
As a
Business Analyst
at MR Ingenieros SAS, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and identify opportunities for improvement. Key Responsibilities:
* Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
Work closely with stakeholders (business leaders, product managers, and other teams) to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions.
* Business Process Improvement:
Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to optimize performance and streamline operations.
* Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze data to provide insights into business performance, identify trends, and support decision-making. Develop reports and dashboards to communicate key findings to senior management.
* Solution Design & Documentation:
Collaborate with IT teams to design and document functional specifications, ensuring that proposed solutions meet business needs and technical requirements.
* Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of project goals, timelines, and expectations.
* Change Management:
Assist in the implementation of business process changes and IT systems, ensuring smooth adoption and integration across departments.
* Project Support:
Participate in project planning and execution, providing business analysis expertise throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.
* Risk Identification:
Identify potential risks and challenges during the analysis phase and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
* Continuous Improvement:
Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices, methodologies, and tools used across the organization.
Skills & Qualifications:
* A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology or engineering-focused environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
* Proficiency in business analysis techniques and tools, including process mapping, requirement gathering, and documentation.
* Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau) and the ability to interpret and communicate data trends and patterns.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and experience supporting project teams.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience with business intelligence tools and software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
* Experience in process improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
* Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and their integration with business processes.
* Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
* Familiarity with systems integration, database management, and technical specifications.
