About the Role
In this All‐Rounder role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Building rapport with Members and Guests from diverse backgrounds
* Assisting Members and Guests with enquiries and requests
* Working in our Housekeeping, Bar and Gaming Area, including beverage service, TAB and Keno
* Delivery of great customer service experiences accurately and efficiently; and
* Maintaining cleanliness of our service areas.
Requirements
* Must be willing to work in smoking areas
* Previous customer service experience is essential
* Current RSA, RCG and ARCG qualification is essential
* Bar and gaming service experience is preferred
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment
* Willing to work a mixture of day, evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
* Able to meet the physical requirements of the role including standing for long periods of time; and
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
