As battery technology experts, we specialise in the sourcing, storage, distribution and installation of automotive, motorcycle and marine batteries, alternators and starter motors. Our mobile service offering includes roadside services, battery replacement, alternators and starter motor replacement and vehicle inspection.
The Role
The primary function of the Customer Delivery Representative (CDR) is to deliver stock to our wholesale customers as per set runs and ensure that set sales targets are met. The CDR is also responsible for developing a strong rapport with all customers through the delivery of exceptional customer experience at each call.
The CDR will create value for Club Assist by delivering services and products to customers, who always rely on efficient servicing and supply.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Stock maintenance including racking, rotation, cleanliness, POS management, targeting CSP scrap, replacing warranty stock, battery management and the regular lifting, moving stacking and rotation of batteries.
* Administration and Invoicing including banking, stock movements, non-cash transaction management, and that relevant documentation is raised accordingly.
* Customer Service including ensuring all customers are visited on the run schedule, developing and maintaining a strong rapport with relevant customer staff,
* Maintain Club Assist vehicles - keeping them clean and serviced per schedule, washing them weekly and driving them with courtesy.
* Warehouse management including the cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse is maintained and secure.
* Maintaining regular communication with the Distribution Manager including the redirection of new business prospects or customer intelligence.
* Ensure that all OH&S legislation is strictly adhered to at all times.

Minimum Skills, Qualifications and Experience
* Drivers Licence MR
* Forklift Licence
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Customer orientated
* Self motivated
* Prepared and have the ability to perform physical duties
* Knowledge of Inventory Process
* Knowledge of Account process
Desirable Qualities and Competencies
* Minimum level of Microsoft Windows, Office and Outlook knowledge
* Logistics background
