Hospitality Worker Job Description
As a Hospitality Worker, you will be part of a dedicated team providing care and support to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the comfort and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality or a similar role and possess excellent communication skills. A Certificate in Hospitality or equivalent qualification would be highly regarded.
Job Description:
* Assist with the preparation and serving of meals with warmth, creating moments of connection over food.
* Ensure our residents enjoy clean, comfortable spaces by assisting with housekeeping and laundry.
* Bring joy and dignity to residents, helping them feel at home.
* Provide care that goes beyond tasks—listen, connect, and brighten someone's day.
* Provide excellent customer service to our residents.
* Work collaboratively within the team to ensure the highest standard of service.
* Ensure documentation is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience working in hospitality or any similar role.
* Certificate in Hospitality or similar will be highly regarded.
* Availability to work early morning/lunchtime/afternoon/evening shifts as required.
* A resident-focused mindset with the willingness to go that extra mile.
* Basic understanding of food safety procedures.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
* Valid National Police check and up to date flu vaccination.
