Mid Market Account Executive – Melbourne

Key responsibilities
* Work closely with the Head of Broking, managing a large portfolio of mid‐market clients, ensuring high service standards.
* Handle client queries and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
* Prepare and review insurance proposals, quotations, and policy documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Maintain strong relationships with underwriters and insurance providers to negotiate favourable terms and premiums.
* Conduct regular reviews of client policies to identify opportunities for coverage enhancements or cost savings.
* Stay updated on industry regulations, new products, and market trends to provide informed advice to clients.
What we're looking for
* Proven experience working as an Insurance Broker.
* Tier 1 Insurance Broking.
* Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
* Confident, proactive approach with a customer‐centric mindset.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
