School of Population and Global Health Full-time appointment on a tenurable basis. Base salary range: Level B, $113,934 – $134,824 p.a. plus 17% superannuation. About the opportunity Undertake independent teaching and research in the area of Population and Global Health Responsible for unit coordination, academic teaching, administration, research student supervision and undertake public health research, with a focus on Aboriginal health. Teach, contribute to the academic environment of the School of Population & Global Health generally and develop a strong research portfolio. About you Desirable - A Master's degree in an academic field relevant to the discipline or other appropriate professional qualifications is highly desirable. Familiarity with flexible and innovative teaching approaches, including blended and culturally responsive methods. Willingness to supervise research students and support staff development. Willingness and/or experience in seeking research funding, including for Indigenous-focused or community-based projects. Proven ability to work effectively and respectfully with Indigenous students, staff, and communities, with a strong commitment to equity, inclusion, and cultural safety. Note : Confirmation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander heritage will be required for the successful applicant prior to appointment.
