A well‑established healthcare organisation in the Gold Coast region is seeking an experienced Clinical Director to oversee primary healthcare services across multiple sites. Role Summary
This position provides strategic clinical leadership across a network of clinics, ensuring high standards of care, supporting clinical governance, and fostering a strong, professional team culture. It is an opportunity for a senior GP leader to guide service delivery within a values‑driven, community‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic clinical leadership and clinical governance oversight
* Mentor and develop General Practitioners and clinical teams
* Maintain, review, and elevate clinical standards and best‑practice models
* Work closely with senior leadership on service planning and decision‑making
* Contribute to new service design and quality improvement initiatives
* Promote a patient‑centred, culturally informed approach to care
Essential Criteria
* FRACGP or FACRRM with specialist AHPRA registration
* Minimum 5 years’ experience as a VR GP
* Demonstrated leadership experience in a clinical governance or senior clinical role
* Ability to work effectively within diverse communities and multidisciplinary teams
