About Our School
St Francis Xavier is a Catholic, co‐educational P‐6 school with an enrolment of over 470 students, situated in the City of Ipswich, adjacent to the Ipswich Motorway. The school has been in existence for more than 100 years, having been established in 1910. It welcomes children and families from many countries – over forty nationalities are represented.
We pride ourselves on working together as a community for the benefit of our children and hold a strong belief that learning is a lifelong endeavour.

About the Opportunity
* Creating a nurturing and ordered learning environment that is learner‐centered, supportive, cooperative, and aligned with relevant curriculum policies, documents and practices.
* Collaboratively developing and implementing quality curriculum programmes and appropriate pedagogy; evaluating their effectiveness; assessing and reporting student progress and learning outcomes to students, parents and the community.

* Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
* Current registration with Queensland College of Teachers.
