**Your role**:
- Supporting adults with physical and intellectual disabilities who can display verbal, and physical behaviours that challenge
- Promote participants choice and control and show willingness to participate in hobbies and interests and access to the community - appointments, shopping, events they wish to attend.
- Following positive behavioral support plans to encourage participants to live independently using a person-centered approach.
- Provide personal care with dignity and respect
- Live by our values and bring a positive, proactive, and engaging version of yourself
**Additional requirements**:
- Flexibility and availability to work on a fortnightly roster
- Current NSW Driver's License (P2 and above) and vehicle.
- A great understanding of person-centered active support and willingness to embrace this model of support
- First Aid/ CPR | NDIS Worker Screening Clearance | WWCC | Covid19 vaccination
