Mental Health Clinician - Full-time/Part-time Opportunity
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled mental health clinician to join our team. As a clinical specialist, you will work with young people and their families/carers to provide early intervention mental health services. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of adolescent development and be able to work effectively with individuals, families, and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Complete assessments and develop individualized plans for young people and their families/carers
* Provide time-limited targeted interventions to young people, including individual and group work
* Collaborate with other health and community service agencies to ensure a coordinated approach to treatment and recovery
Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree (e.g., psychology, social work, occupational therapy, or mental health nursing) and current registration with the relevant registration authority. A national police check and Department of Human Services Child-Related Employment Screening are also required.
