Northcott is seeking a passionate and proactive Senior Support Worker to lead and grow our Mount Hutton team in a permanent full-time role. You will be part of an inclusive and welcoming team environment, helping people with disability to live the life they choose and achieve meaningful goals.

What I Will Be Doing
- Support the day-to-day running of specialist disability accommodation activities focused on Daily Living Skills, Independence and Active Person Centred Support.
- Work closely with the Service Coordinator to support the team’s success, stepping up when needed.
- Facilitate customer focused daily activities such as personal goals, hobbies, and gardening to engage and inspire customers.
- Assist with administration tasks, including WHS audits (fire drills, site safety inspections) to ensure a secure environment.
- Help plan and review customer programs and plans, providing guidance to other support workers and ensuring that best practise is implemented and followed specific to the customer plans.
- Assist with rostering in Niara, and help cover duties when the Service Coordinator is absent.
- Be available from 8 am to 4 pm, ensuring consistent support throughout the day.
