**About the role**:
YHA Cape Byron and Byron Bay are vibrant properties nestled in the heart of Byron Bay, they are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and presentation of our two properties in a part time capacity. Responsibilities include team leadership, upkeep of communal areas, bathrooms, and guest rooms, managing inventory, and maintaining the pristine condition of both the Cape and Byron properties, while working closely with other managers and supervisors.
**What are we looking for**:
- Previous leadership experience in housekeeping or cleaning, leading and motivating a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional results.
- Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Versatile availability including weekends and public holidays
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
