About Our Client

They are now looking for a dynamic Technical Sales Engineer to join their team. This fully remote role can be based in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane, with reporting to the head office in Asia.
Job Description
* Plan and organise visits to clients and prospects, serving as an ambassador for our products and services.
* Deliver training sessions to clients, enhancing technical credibility and ensuring compliance with current regulatory frameworks.
* Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned clients, addressing first-level technical queries and guiding them toward effective solutions.
* Monitor market needs, gather field information, and share insights with the team to contribute to future developments.
* Assist the Head of Sales by forwarding quote requests, coordinating follow-ups to finalise orders, and concluding deals.
* Utilise background in electronics to educate clients on product solutions, and independently resolve product issues.
The Successful Applicant
* A bachelor's degree in engineering or business.
* At least 3-5 years of experience in a technical sales engineering role.
* Knowledge of the electrical industry is preferred.
* Proven ability to work independently in a remote team environment.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
* A strong sense of commitment, responsibility, self-motivation, and customer orientation.
* Willingness to travel 30% to 35% of the time.
