You must have a valid Australian driver's licence and be able to commit to a regular rostered shift, with one day per week or fortnight of service. A dedication to mandatory training and e-learning (≈1 hour per month) is required.
Availability: Business hours.

About the Program

Clients may bring a carer or registered friend. Key Requirements and Commitment
* Join a nationwide team delivering social inclusion within aged and community care.
* Operate Red Cross vehicles to transport one or multiple clients per trip, locally and regionally.
* Use mobile applications to support safe and timely service delivery.
* Adhere to established work practices relevant to the program.
* Provide a safe, courteous, and respectful transport experience.
* Place light mobility aids (≈10‐12 kg) in the boot of a vehicle.
* Engage in conversation and activities appropriate to the client or group.
* Respect privacy, rights, and dignity of clients and maintain confidentiality.
* Record timely and appropriate documentation of interactions with clients.
* Maintain clear professional relationships and respect boundaries to safeguard well‐being.
* Participate in mandatory learning and development to keep knowledge up to date.
* Commit to upholding the Aged Care Code of Conduct and updates.
* Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and ensure inclusive, discrimination‐free interactions.
