About the role

Colliers International (Cairns) Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Administrator for our dynamic Real Estate team in Cairns, QLD. This full-time role is crucial in supporting the day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of our Cairns office.

What you'll be doing

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Real Estate team

Assist with the processing and tracking of sales and lease agreements, property management administration, and other real estate-related paperwork including assisting with the marketing of properties

Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and customer service

Maintain and update property databases and client records

Coordinate the flow of information within the team

Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures

Provide support for special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

Relevant experience in a similar administrative or real estate support role

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite

Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Adaptability and a willingness to learn
