What will you do?
* Oversee and support the management of all corporate operations, including event day functions, briefings, and VIP events, ensuring seamless execution
* Ensure prompt and efficient service delivery for all functions, adhering to predetermined standards and procedures to provide an exceptional guest experience
* Uphold and maintain the highest customer service standards, adhering to protocols and ensuring exceptional service levels at all times
* Participate in non-event day operations during peak times, supporting the team and overall event success
More About You
* Proven leadership experience in a corporate, function or banquet environment
* Ability to mentor, train, and develop a team of hospitality professionals
* Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding service, adaptability in fast-paced environments, and a commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as event schedules dictate
* Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
