**This is a full-time permanent role based at either our Brisbane or Sunshine Coast office with a flexible hybrid working model.**
**The Role**:
- Diary and inbox management and coordination of any related travel or event management requirements
- Preparing presentations, contracts, correspondence and reports as required to deadlines
- Information management and retrieval from relevant systems, including managing files and records and maintenance of processes
- HR focus including people management and resourcing requirements across the team
- Preparation of agendas and minute taking as and when required
- Assist in maintaining appropriate systems, procedures and controls.
- Use good communication skills to liaise clearly with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure meetings are booked, meetings/events are attended, reports/presentations are accurate and prepared by set deadlines
- Adhoc reception relief
**About You**
- Experience in administrative support within a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized, energetic and strong sense of initiative and a proactive approach
- Strong attention to detail and committed to achieving quality outcomes
- Solid skills on MS Office programs is essential, particularly Excel and PowerPoint will see you succeed in this role
