Catering Services Manager | Structured Club | $95K+S
* Manage and mentor catering staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
* Maintain presence on the floor during high-volume service periods, particularly 1200‑130 p.m. and 6‑8 p.m., to ensure seamless service and leadership presence to support the team.
* Responsible for real-time service monitoring, resolution of any issues and direction of the team.
* Maintain inventory, control costs, and ensure adherence to budgets.
* Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations.
* Be across team coaching & development.
* Ability to work closely with our Head Chef, Conference & Event Manager, Conference & Events Coordinator, Senior Sous Chefs, and other leaders.
* Ensuring that our catering spaces run smoothly each day, including adequate roster covering and replacing leave.
Requirements:
* Proven experience (5 years) in a managerial role within the hospitality or catering industry and Certificate IV in Hospitality/Leadership.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
* Restaurant management in a large organisation.
* Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
* Proficiency in budgeting and resource management.
* Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or a related field are preferred.
* RSA & RCG.
* To be available from open until close of dining (inclusive of early mornings, afternoons, and evenings) 7 days of the week, including public holidays due to business requirements.
* The ability to develop strong working relationships, whilst at times being a great negotiator ASAP START .
