We are looking for a Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator who will help manage the movement of goods from warehouse to customer with accuracy and efficiency. In this role, you will coordinate shipments, monitor inventory levels, and work closely with warehouse teams, drivers, and suppliers to ensure smooth daily operations. You will be the person who keeps the logistics engine running—making sure deliveries arrive on time and processes run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Logistics Coordination:
Plan and coordinate daily shipments, deliveries, and freight movements while ensuring schedules are met.
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records within the warehouse management system.
Transport Scheduling:
Work closely with drivers and dispatch teams to optimize routes and delivery timelines.
Operational Support:
Assist in maintaining smooth warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring goods move efficiently through the supply chain.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency, reduce delays, and optimize workflow across the supply chain.
What We Are Looking For
Experience:
2–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or warehouse coordination.
Education:
Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with logistics software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
Communication Skills:
Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and management.
Mindset:
You are detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to solve problems quickly and keep operations running smoothly.

Pay: $10,400.00 – $12,000.00 per month
