Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations across two Fitstop locations
* Lead group fitness classes and coaching teams to ensure high session quality and brand standards
* Maintain facility presentation, safety, and compliance across both sites
* Manage the full sales pipeline: lead generation, follow-up, calls, tours, and onboarding
* Achieve weekly and monthly membership targets
* Monitor lead response speed, conversion metrics, and CRM accuracy
* D eliver an exceptional first impression and member onboarding experience

* Previous experience in gym management, fitness leadership, or a high-performing sales role
* Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire teams
* Proven sales ability with a track record of hitting targets
