IT Technical Lead Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled IT professional with experience in team leadership, problem-solving, and customer focus to provide technical support and maintenance for our IT systems.
This role will see you manage and maintain IT systems, implement upgrades and troubleshoot software and hardware as needed. You will also provide training and support to staff on various IT systems and tools.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage IT systems across all properties, including Microsoft Office products and cloud-hosted SaaS solutions.
* Respond to and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
* Implement, upgrade, and troubleshoot software and hardware as needed.
* Provide training and support to staff on various IT systems and tools.
Requirements
* Relevant IT certifications such as Microsoft certifications (Azure, MS Windows, Office 365)
* Certifications in hospitality technology systems
* Experience working with hospitality technology systems
* Experience with cloud-based SaaS applications and Microsoft Office products
* Background in providing IT support in remote or distributed systems
* Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
* Experience with networking infrastructure and protocols
* Understanding of IT security principles and best practices
