We will discuss your aspirations, problem-solving skills, technical concepts, and industry knowledge.Offer StageOffers extended to Graduate Cohort for 2026 from the 7th to the 14th of July 2026.About the opportunityJoining as part of our graduate program, this role will see you making a difference in the work you deliver; a chance to use your skills to contribute to the growth and development of your local community whilst being afforded the career development opportunities of a large, dynamic and privately-owned company. You’ll get to:Liaise with contractors, clients, landowners, local authorities and both internal and external stakeholdersOperating and setting up surveying equipmentCarrying out routing maintenance and adjustmentsSupporting project surveyors with setouts and subdivision surveyingAssisting with small and large scale feature surveysCoordinating survey control networksGaining an introduction and hands-on experience with laser scanning and UAV/drone technologyAbout youAt Spiire, we are looking for people who are passionate about making a positive impact in the communities where we live and work.You will thrive here if you value trust, developing each another, creativity, and excellence—and if you believe that work should be both meaningful and fun.
