About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to play a key role in setting up projects, managing costings and invoices, maintaining risk registers and documentation, reviewing timesheets and generating reports. This role involves coordinating project meetings and providing regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the project team.
This is a casual role, working Monday-Friday. The successful candidate will have experience working as a project administrator/coordinator or similar, qualifications in Project Management, Business Administration and/or Health & Safety, and a valid Australian Drivers Licence and Construction Induction Card or willingness to obtain.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage project setup, including risk registers and documentation
* Review and manage timesheets and generate reports
* Coordinate project meetings and provide regular updates
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Requirements:
* Experience working as a project administrator/coordinator or similar
* Qualifications in Project Management, Business Administration and/or Health & Safety
* Australian Drivers Licence and Construction Induction Card (or willingness to obtain)
