Your New Role:
As the Product Manager, you will drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned technology categories in Australia and New Zealand, ensuring the regional product strategy aligns with Belkin's global innovation vision. You'll combine technical insight with commercial acumen to deliver market-leading solutions, guiding internal teams to achieve business objectives and maximise product performance.
You will:
* Manage product categories including pricing and new product introduction processes.
* Execute on regional roadmap plans and prepared strategy.
* Effectively communicate with global and regional cross functional teams to execute plans, manage inventory and support communication development as required.
* Support lifecycle management processes to maintain a clean and clear portfolio.
* Develop assets and sell in materials to drive awareness and outcomes for relevant categories.
* Conduct market data analysis as required to maintain business awareness of the competitive landscape and market.
Capabilities:
* Technical Product Insight – Strong understanding of consumer electronics trends, product architectures, and integration with emerging technologies.
* Data-Driven Decision-Making – Skilled in synthesising market data, sales analytics, and competitive intelligence to inform strategy.
* Strategic Communication – Able to translate technical product features into compelling commercial narratives for internal and external audiences.
* Detail-Oriented Execution – Accuracy in managing product specifications, launch timelines, and inventory planning.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration – Proven ability to work effectively with engineering, marketing, operations, and sales teams across regions.
Experience in consumer electronics, IoT, or FMCG technology products is highly regarded.
