As a pivotal figure in our organization, you will spearhead projects from client engagement to successful delivery. Your leadership will play a crucial role in enhancing internal capacity and capability to execute innovative rail systems design effectively.
This strategic position involves developing partnerships with suppliers and subcontractors while contributing to the overall strategy of our company.
* Develop strategic alliances with suppliers and subcontractors
* Contribute to the company's strategy with appropriate contributions from relevant team members;
* Conduct regular reviews against plan taking action required to ensure financial objectives are achieved
* Minimum 10 years' experience with demonstrated experience in signalling design
* Multi-disciplined experience across all rail systems;
* L2 or L3 QR signalling design competencies preferable;
* Domain experience with Queensland Rail or Aurizon preferable;
* Previous experience in a similar role highly preferable.
* Bachelor of Engineering
* Tertiary qualification in Project Management - preferable
