Role Summary
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in managing and overseeing the contractual aspects of our operations.
Working closely with various teams, you will be responsible for the administration of all subcontractor and supplier contracts within prescribed limits.
With strong organizational skills and attention to detail, you will contribute significantly to the success of our projects and relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Effectively manage subcontract and supplier contracts.
* Manage financial administration for the project.
* Manage site office administration for the project.
* Assist Project Manager in preparing and reviewing monthly reports.
* Negotiate contract terms and conditions.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Economics, Law or Business.
Requirements:
* Experience in Tier 1 projects highly regarded.
* Proven experience managing contracts in similar projects.
* Ability to build rapport and manage relationships.
* Fast-paced environment working ability.
* Knowledge of legal requirements involved in specific contracts.
* Working knowledge of accounting principles.
* Attention to detail and error notice ability.
