You'll ensure stores operate to best practice standards while empowering managers and their teams to perform at their best.Drive sales, profitability, and KPI achievement across 16 storesManage wage budgets, expenses, and rosters to maintain efficiencySupport merchandising, promotions, and marketing initiatives to engage customersOversee inventory management and ensure stock control best practicesLead business reviews, develop action plans, and implement improvementsCoach, mentor, and build capability within Store and Pharmacist ManagersEnsure compliance with WHS, employment legislation, and internal policiesRegularly travel between stores, with occasional regional visitsThe Ideal CandidateYou are a motivated and adaptable retail leader who thrives in a multi-site role.
