The Role
Lead a team building a cloud-native device lifecycle platform serving enterprise customers. You'll spend your first 30 days understanding product architecture, then shift to team building, refining delivery, and improving how work gets done. This isn't just executing backlog. You'll shape technical direction, mentor engineers without senior support, and balance 50/50 delivery and improvement work.
The Stack
Python, Django, Azure, microservices, distributed systems

* 6+ years Python development (Django valued)
