Learning Project Administrator - 3 month contract
Join our client as a Learning Project Administrator and be a pivotal part of transforming our learning initiatives within the Company Essentials Portfolio. Working within a team-oriented small squad, you’ll have the opportunity to lead, influence, and streamline learning processes, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives—while enjoying flexible hybrid work arrangements in Melbourne, VIC.
What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience in managing learning or training projects within corporate settings.
Strong proficiency with Articulate Storyline and Rise for eLearning development.
Skilled in mapping business processes and creating clear, effective work instructions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, prioritize multiple tasks, and deliver results.
Familiarity with MIRO or similar collaboration tools.
Nice to Have:
Experience with learning management systems such as Workday.
Background working within regulated or compliance-heavy environments.
Preferred Education and Experience:
A background in project management, learning & development, or related fields.
Previous experience in enterprise or corporate training projects.
Other Requirements:
The position is a contract role running from October 6 to December 19.
Candidates should be comfortable with hybrid or work from home arrangements.
Willingness to engage proactively in a fast-paced, evolving project environment.
