**Bar Manager-Kimberley Region-Remote Western Australia**
We have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Bar Manager for this busy property located in the spectacular Kimberley Region of remote Western Australia.
Offering accommodation, caravan park, restaurant, function room, bistro and tour operations. This is a very busy property, catering to corporate contractors and tourism.
The group owns several properties in town and are a fantastic employer to work for.
As the role is based in the amazing Kimberley Region, there are spectacular sights to visit on your days off, such as gorges, canyons and caves. Learn new skills, see amazing locations and also be exposed to a fascinating culture with many significant cultural sites to visit.
Immediate Start
Minimum 12 month commitment

**Package**:
$65,000-$70,000 Salary
10.5% Super / 4 Weeks Annual Leave
Discounted Accommodation & Meals
Own room with own bathroom
3 Meals per day
**Duties**:
- 100% hands on role including hands on food & beverage service, opening and closing of bars
- Staff recruitment, supervision & training
- Mentoring Food & Beverage Staff
- Balancing tills and night safe
- Liaising with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the property
- Assisting with Functions & Special Events
- Guest arrivals & departures after reception hours
- Adhering the RSA
- General Bar security
- Offering excellence in customer service
- Other duties as required
- WA Approved Managers license or be able to obtain on commencement
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to live and work in remote locations
- Knowledge of CMS-Guest Centrix or similar program
- Able to work as part of a team
