Job Summary:
The Executive Operations Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of day-to-day operations, ensuring elevated resident experiences and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary liaison between the community and ownership, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
* Lead and develop an on-site team, fostering a high-performance culture with a focus on excellence in service delivery.
* Oversee daily operations including hospitality, maintenance, administration, and vendor services.
* Deliver exceptional resident experiences through proactive engagement, service quality, and attention to detail.
* Manage third-party vendor relationships, contracts, and performance to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
* Analyze monthly financials, provide variance reporting, and manage the community's operating budget.
* Ensure regulatory compliance, building safety, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
* Coordinate resident move-in/move-out activities and building access protocols.
* Maintain accurate records for ownership reporting and project tracking.
* Participate in board meetings and relevant committees when applicable.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential or hospitality property management, with a focus on luxury or high-rise communities.
