Job Title: Talent Acquisition Lead
The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for leading strategic recruitment initiatives across retail, head office, and operational functions. This includes managing a recruitment team, collaborating with managers and leaders to understand workforce needs, and developing tailored hiring strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborating with stakeholders to develop effective hiring strategies.
* Building and maintaining talent pipelines through direct sourcing approaches.
* Driving diversity, equity, and inclusion within all recruitment activities.
* Enhancing employer brand and ensuring best-in-class candidate experiences.
* Analyzing recruitment metrics and insights to improve processes and outcomes.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in recruitment/talent acquisition, preferably within a multi-site or retail organization.
* Strong leadership skills and stakeholder management abilities.
* Experience developing innovative sourcing strategies and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
* Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
