About the Role:
As Academic Head, Nursing and Midwifery, you will provide strategic leadership and academic direction for nursing and midwifery programs. Drive innovation in curriculum design, teaching, and research. Mentor and support academic staff and students. Build strong partnerships with healthcare providers, industry, and community organisations. Champion outcomes that improve healthcare in regional, rural, and remote communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and academic direction for nursing and midwifery programs

Requirements:
A postgraduate qualification and current registration as a Nurse (Division 1) and/or Midwife with relevant professional bodies. Proven academic leadership in teaching, research, and service. A commitment to excellence in nursing and midwifery education. A collaborative mindset and a drive to mentor others and foster innovation. A desire to make a meaningful difference through education and research.
