This role involves collaboration with the Venue's Head Chef, Kitchen Team, and potential interaction with our Group Executive Head Chef and General Manager Food, offering opportunities for professional growth and industry networking.

Key Qualifications, Attributes, and Responsibilities:
* Experience as a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef, or similar in a fast-paced kitchen.
* Strong problem-solving skills; ability to stay calm under pressure.
* Effective communication and organizational skills to support teamwork.
* Hands-on work ethic, committed to quality food and service.
* Ability to maintain consistency across menu items and service times.
* Multitasking across kitchen stations and supporting daily operations.
* Team player capable of working independently and collaboratively.
* Flexible availability for shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
* Proficiency across kitchen sections; ability to support service demands.
* Minimum 3 years experience in a busy kitchen; Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and/or Kitchen Management preferred but not mandatory.
