 
        
        Clinic Coordinator - 12-month Parental Leave Contract
Diabetes WA is a leading not-for-profit health organisation dedicated to providing support, education, and programs to thousands of Western Australians at risk of or affected by diabetes.
We are looking for an experienced Clinic Coordinator to provide high quality administrative support to Diabetes WA's Clinical operations. Duties include managing clinic appointments from bookings to processing payments; invoicing and billing for DVA and Medicare; as well as general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Book appointments and organise clinic calendars including room bookings.
 * Oversee administration and data entry duties for DWA clinics.
 * Process payments for clinic consultations (Medicare rebates, DVA claims, and other invoices as required).
 * Raise sales orders, purchase orders and quotes in finance software.
 * Contribute to the reporting cycle for internal and external stakeholders.
 * Maintain a high standard of customer service, confidentiality, and integrity.
 * Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and referrers, identifying opportunities to grow and develop Diabetes WA's services.
Ideal Candidate:
 * Previous experience in a medical reception / practice management role or similar
 * Experience processing Medicare, DVA & NDIS invoicing and billing
 * Proficient with data entry and reception duties
 * Strong attention to detail with a focus on data integrity
 * The ability to work collaboratively and effectively contribute to team outputs
 * Sound time management and organisation skills
 * Solution focussed problem solving skills
 * Demonstrated ability to display initiative
 * Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
Salary: from $73,200 plus super and salary packaging. Applications close: Sunday 12 October.
