Role Overview
We're seeking a Project Account Manager to manage the delivery of branding, campaign collateral, CGI imagery, animation and VR projects.
This role is ideal for a creative agency account manager ready to step into a more dynamic, multidisciplinary space — working with talented graphic designers, web developers and 3D artists to bring premium property projects to life.
You don't need visualisation or XR experience, but a genuine passion for the property sector, architecture and interior design, coupled with strong project/account management skills and curiosity for new technology, is essential.
Team Structure
* Reports to the Head of Project Delivery
* Works closely with Graphic Designers, Web Developers and 3D Artists
* Collaborates across creative and visualisation teams with exposure to VR and emerging technologies

Key Responsibilities
Project & Account Management
* Manage end-to-end delivery of branding, campaign collateral, CGI imagery, animation and VR projects
* Develop project timelines, budgets and scopes of work
* Lead client communication, presenting ideas and managing feedback
* Coordinate creative and production teams to deliver exceptional work
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high creative standard
Client Engagement
* Build and nurture strong, trusted client relationships
* Anticipate client needs and identify opportunities to add value
* Confidently present work and manage expectations across multiple touchpoints
Financial Management
* Track project budgets and costs
* Raise quotes and invoices in line with agreed scope and manage variations
* Support forecasting and ensure accurate job setup and tracking
Cultural Contribution
* Foster collaboration across creative and visualisation teams
* Contribute ideas and energy to studio culture and ways of working
* Embrace new tools and technologies to support innovation
Essential Criteria
* 3+ years' experience in creative agency account management or a related role
* Strong understanding of branding and campaign delivery
* Excellent communication and organisation skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
* Genuine interest in the property sector, architecture and interior design
* Curiosity for emerging technologies including VR and digital platforms
* A proactive, detail-oriented and collaborative mindset
