Key Responsibilities:
1. Champion the visual identity of our brand, ensuring consistency and innovation across all touchpoints.
2. Lead brand refresh initiatives and develop new creative concepts to keep our brand engaging and relevant.
3. Design and produce high-impact digital and print assets, including social media campaigns, events, advertising, presentations, proposals, brochures, eDMs, newsletters, and video content.
4. Translate complex ideas into simple, meaningful visual storytelling for diverse audiences.
5. Support website design and UX/UI improvements.
6. Manage and curate our image, logo, iconography, and content libraries.
7. Oversee the sales team content hub, ensuring assets are regularly updated and meeting master copy and content library standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 7+ years' experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or IT services industry.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and print design.
Experience designing social media, web, email, print collateral, and exhibition showcases.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Dynamics Customer Insights, HubSpot, or similar).
Basic to Intermediate HTML/CSS skills.
Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
Solid understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
Experience collaborating with web developers on UI/UX design (WordPress).
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
