This is a critical key role that will oversee all digital platforms, drive engagement, enhance customer experience, and ultimately maximize business returns.The role also champions the organisation’s CRM strategy and will build meaningful connections with all customer groups through insight-driven campaigns and innovative marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities will include;Developing strategies and managing all digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand and customer needs;Driving a CRM strategy focused on data capture, market segmentation, and targeted personalised engagement;Designing and executing marketing automation that streamlines workflows and enhances the customer journey;Leveraging digital insights and optimising campaign performance through bespoke audience targeting;Collaborating with internal teams to align digital activity (paid and owned) with broader business goals, andMonitoring and reporting on digital performance and championing both innovation, automation and continuous improvement.About YouYou are a strategic digital marketer with experience in CRM, marketing automation, and data-led decision making. Confident across platforms including CMS, CRM, email and paid campaigns, you are well versed in using data driven insights to enhance engagement and optimise customer journeys.On a personal level you are curious, collaborative and are motivated by making an impact.
