Customer Service Ambassador
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for warmly welcoming visitors, tour operators and guides to the sanctuary, coordinating large group arrivals and assisting guests in key locations around the park.
As a fluent Mandarin speaker, you must be able to translate as required for international visitors and promote up-selling of products both personally and through the Reservations team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, tour operators and guides

* Translate as required for international visitors and promote up-selling of products
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer facing role
* Excellent interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and people skills
* Positive and helpful attitude
* Well-developed communication skills to liaise with multiple different nationalities and cultures
* Bi-lingual (Mandarin)
* Appropriate fitness level to walk long distances in all weathers and in an environment with native wildlife
