Our smart Sensor, Hub and app combine tech, lifestyle and horticulture to take the guesswork out of looking after plants. Since launching in late ****, we've shipped internationally, grown a global app community and launched into Bunnings nationally. Now we're scaling fast into major retail across the globe and expanding our product lines.
About the role
As Willow's Affiliate & Partnerships Lead, you'll be responsible for growing and managing our affiliate program and wider partnership ecosystem. This includes creators, UGC partners, brand collaborations and working closely with our external PR agency. Your role is to build scalable partnerships that drive acquisition, conversion and long term customer value. If you're part relationship builder, part marketer, and comfortable owning a channel end to end, this role is for you.
What you'll be up to
Affiliate growth and creator partnerships
Build and scale Willow's affiliate program as a core growth channel.
Source, recruit and onboard creators, UGC partners and affiliate partners.
Manage relationships with affiliates and creators to drive consistent performance.
Develop offers, commissions and campaign structures that convert.
Track results and optimise across acquisition, conversion, retention and LTV.
Brand partnerships
Identify and manage strategic brand partnerships that align with Willow's audience.
Execute co-marketing campaigns, collaborations and partnership launches.
PR and external collaboration
Work closely with our external PR agency and partners to amplify launches, campaigns and collaborations.
Source partnership and affiliate opportunities through PR, media and creator relationships.
Ensure messaging, offers and creative are aligned across PR, partnerships and affiliate activity.
Performance and experimentation
Run tests across offers, creative, partners and content to continuously improve results.
Analyse performance and report on what is driving revenue and long term growth.
Bring new ideas, channels and partnerships to the table.
What you'll bring to Team Willow
Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, creator marketing or growth roles, in e-commerce or D2C.
Experience with affiliate platforms and tracking tools.
Proven ability to source, onboard and manage partners.
A commercial mindset. You care about revenue, performance and ROI.
Strong communication and relationship building skills.
Comfortable working with data and collaborating with growth and paid teams.
A self-starter attitude. You thrive in a fast moving startup environment with autonomy.
Creative, organised and able to manage multiple partnerships at once.
Bonus but not essential
Experience working with PR agencies or media partnerships.
Experience working with creators or UGC at scale.
