We are a fast-moving, ISO-accredited plastics manufacturer supplying customers across Australia. This is a hands-on role in a high-performing production environment, offering long-term stability and opportunities to grow with the business.
Shifts available: Night (shift loadings apply).
About the Role
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for the setup, operation and optimisation of blown film extrusion lines to meet production, quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate blown film extrusion machines
Monitor machine performance and maintain product quality
Perform fault finding and minor mechanical troubleshooting
Conduct quality checks and complete production documentation
Safely operate forklifts (if licensed)
Work to production KPIs and deadlines
Maintain housekeeping and comply with company SOPs and safety standards
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will be a reliable, safety-focused operator who takes pride in producing quality work.
You will bring:
Previous experience operating blown film extrusion equipment (essential)
Sound mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Current Forklift (LF) Licence (preferred)
Trade qualification (highly desirable but not essential)

Pay: $90,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
