Trade Baker Position
As a Trade Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods that meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
* You must have a passion for baking and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will be working as part of a team to produce high-quality bread and pastries. Your skills and experience will play a key role in helping us deliver exceptional customer experiences every day.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook a variety of baked goods, including bread and pastries.
* Work effectively as part of a team to achieve production targets and ensure excellent customer service.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.

Requirements:
* Australian (AQF issued) Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent.
* Completion of a formal apprenticeship within Australia.
