Job Overview:
The Clinical Director will provide leadership, strategically plan and manage the continuum of care and high-quality services for patients requiring the services of the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the provision of medical services in accordance with the standard of the speciality, the ethics of the profession and in accordance with the Townsville HHS and Queensland Health (QH) policies.
2. Manage the continuum of care and high-quality services for patients requiring the services of the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
Key Requirements:
* Qualified as a medical practitioner, qualifications in speciality areas and current registration and/or eligible for registration as a specialist with the Medical Board of Australia.
* FRANZCOG highly desirable.
