Our client, a national organisation within the aviation sector, are currently seeking an Organisational Change Manager to join their Enterprise Network Modernisation Program (ENMP).
**_ Senior position, seeking 5+ years of pure experience in change management on large complicated programs. Preference for government experience._**
This organisation has commenced a multi-year program of work to modernise their network to enable a strategic change agenda. Over the next few years, ENMP will undertake an ambitious transformation program which will transition to a new IP network with new terrestrial, microwave and satellite components, and move to a managed service provider / vendor operated model.
The **Organisational Change Manager** is required to develop, deliver, and maintain effective organisational change strategies (and supporting plans) to facilitate the delivery of the ENMP Program goals and benefits. As the change impacts may be sensitive in nature, engagement with industrial relations groups will play a key focus in successful delivery.
The Organisational Change Manager will be required to develop measurable "readiness criteria" and implement a system for tracking and recording across multiple sites and regions.

The Organisational Change Manager will be required to develop measurable "readiness criteria" and implement a system for tracking and recording across multiple sites and regions.
The Organisational Change Manager will maintain an industry focus, proactively engage with prepare change & training strategies/plans and coordinate with individual stakeholder organisations to introduce frameworks, processes and systems required for ENMP introduced systems and service based capabilities. Facilitation of this role will require the Organisational Change Manager to coach and mentor the Program and Project teams on good practice Change Management.
- The successful applicant will be required to identify:
- Stakeholders and their importance and influence on the success of the Change Program;
- The best and most appropriate methods to engage and communicate with all stakeholders and stakeholder groups;
- Those areas that may be most resistant to change and a method for engaging those areas to reduce resistance;
- Specific Change Management Plans for the constituent Projects where required;
- Establish the metrics for evaluating uptake of the change by the business areas, early adoption and effective utilisation to new change initiatives;
- Training and capability improvements required for each change initiative; and
- An Org Change based RACI.
- The position is a critical role for the program and it is expected that the need for change management will be required for the life of the program.
**Skills, Competencies & Qualifications required**:
- Proven experience in leading people through change using change management techniques established in the industry;
- Proven experience and ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and able to engage with all levels of an organisation, influence others and envisage a common goal;
- Proven experience with industrial relations engagement and successful business transformation partnered with industrial bodies;
- Proven experience with organisational change on a substantial IT Program (with sub-projects and multiple streams of work);
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools;
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts;
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycl
