This is a hands-on leadership role within a high-profile coastal location, suited to someone who thrives on delivering elevated customer experiences, building strong team culture, and driving consistent sales performance in a boutique environment. You will step into a beautifully curated store with a loyal customer base and strong brand identity, supported by a collaborative leadership team as you take full ownership of store performance and day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a small, high-performing team to deliver a premium, personalised customer experience Drive sales, conversion, and KPI performance through strong floor leadership and team engagement Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation, aligned with a premium fashion and swim aesthetic Oversee stock management, replenishment, and inventory control to maximise sales opportunities Build strong client relationships and foster repeat business through a genuine, service-led approach Analyse store performance and implement clear, focused strategies to drive growth and improve results Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, rostering, and team productivity About You Proven experience as a Store Manager within fashion, swim, or premium retail environments Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering sales results A natural leader who leads from the front and thrives in a customer-facing role Passionate about styling, product, and creating an elevated in-store experience Highly organised with the ability to balance operations, people leadership, and sales performance Energetic, positive, and confident in building team culture and client relationships What's on Offer Competitive salary package!
