Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong, transparent relationships with store owners and managers.
* Execute store-level sales strategies that disrupt the status quo and deliver tangible results.
* Educate retailers using compelling category insights and product knowledge.
* Negotiate with influence to achieve volume and distribution targets.
* Interpret and apply data to influence in-store decisions and drive performance.
* Collaborate with account managers to ensure seamless execution of plans.
* Plan and manage your territory effectively to maximise efficiency and impact.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous retail/FMCG sales experience highly regarded.
* Proven ability to build trust-based commercial relationships.
* Strong communication and influencing skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
* Confident in financial discussions and ROI-based selling.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools.
* Comfortable working independently and on the move.
* Experience in using data and insights to inform sales strategy.
* Knowledge of category-based and shopper-led selling principles.
