This is a great opportunity for an Associate level Professional Indemnity Lawyer who wants a broader practice without sacrificing complexity or scale.
Join one of Australia's largest Insurance Law firms. This is a well-established practice with a deep bench of talent. With a half-dozen Partners and Special Counsels in the Sydney Financial Lines team alone, you'll have exceptional access to mentoring and structured professional development.
This role will focus on high-quality Financial Lines matters,including D&O, Management Liability, and Professional Indemnity, as well as construction and property claims in the industrial special risk (ISR) and contract works space.
For those interested in expanding their experience into regulatory disputes, the team frequently represents corporate insureds in high-stakes ACCC and ASIC investigations, inquiries, prosecutions, royal commissions, as well as WH&S investigations and prosecutions.
