Job Overview
As a key member of the organization, you will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering strategic risk initiatives across the business. Reporting to the General Manager – Risk Transformation, you will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and best practice.

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and deliver risk transformation initiatives aligned to strategic objectives
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
* Prepare reports and make recommendations to support risk transformation activities
* Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder engagements to drive change
* Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to design and implement refreshed risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures
* Provide practical advice and guidance on risk management issues
* Direct continuous improvement activities to increase capability and efficiency
* Lead change management activities and foster a culture of innovation
* Ensure updated practices and processes meet best practice and regulatory requirements
Requirements
You will be a great communicator with top-notch interpersonal skills and a proven ability to support and lead change management or transformation initiatives. A deep understanding of audit standards, risk management frameworks, and regulatory requirements is also essential.
