**The Client**
Our client is a boutique long-standing real estate agency located within the stunning western suburbs. They are highly respected within the industry and they now have a rare opportunity to join their team and be the face and voice of their business.
This position is a crucial part of their business and is heavily relied on to keep the wheels turning. We are on the lookout for a dedicated staff member who is either seeking a career receptionist position or a stepping stone into property management or sales.

**The Job duties but not limited to;**
- Manage general reception duties including answering phone calls, message taking, and transferring calls
- Manage customers and contractors face to face
- Adhoc social media management and marketing
- Support the Property Management team with administration
- Maintaining office and keeping a clean and tidy reception area at all times
- Filing and scanning documents
- Updating rental availability
- Assisting with enquiry calls for available properties and booking viewings
- Adhoc office tasks as required
- A team player who wants to add value to the department... and have a laugh at the same time
- Corporate and tidy presentation
- High attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritise
- Deliver outstanding customer service & communication at all levels
- Ability to work within a team and under direction from various seniors
